Child Safety & Adult Supervision Policy
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
Last Updated: August 8, 2026
1. Adult Supervision Required
Kidz Klub Adventures™ activities for children must be conducted with appropriate adult supervision. Children should not be left to perform activities independently on any circumstances, for any reasons, nor when the materials, environment, movement, or child’s needs call for supervision.
2. Adult Judgment and Age Appropriateness
The supervising adult is responsible for determining whether each activity is appropriate for the participating child’s age, abilities, developmental level, interests, and circumstances. Suggested ages are general guidance, not a guarantee of suitability.
3. Small Parts and Choking Hazards
Some activities may involve small objects, manipulatives, craft supplies, toys, or other materials that can present choking or ingestion risks. Adults must inspect materials and keep unsuitable items away from children who may mouth or swallow them.
4. Food, Allergies, and Sensitivities
If food, scented products, sensory materials, latex, adhesives, paint, or other potential allergens or irritants are used, the supervising adult is responsible for checking ingredients, allergies, sensitivities, and safe alternatives before participation. Pretend-play activities do not require real food unless specifically chosen by the supervising adult.
5. Movement and Physical Environment
Adults should provide adequate space, remove hazards, use age-appropriate movement, and adapt or stop physical activities when needed. Follow venue rules and manufacturer instructions for any equipment or materials used.
6. Accessibility and Individual Needs
Activities may be adapted to support children with different physical, sensory, communication, learning, or developmental needs. When individualized professional guidance is required, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Facilitator Responsibilities
Authorized Facilitators are additionally responsible for complying with applicable child-safety, screening, supervision, venue, insurance, licensing, reporting, and other legal requirements described in the Facilitator Terms & Agreement and applicable law.
8. Emergencies
In an emergency, follow appropriate local emergency procedures and seek qualified emergency assistance. Kidz Klub Adventures™ materials are not emergency guidance.
9. Reporting a Safety Concern
Concerns about a Kidz Klub Adventures™ resource or safety instruction may be reported through the official contact method listed in the Legal Center.
