1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kidz Klub Adventures™ website, community, free resources, digital products, curriculum, or other services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use and any policies expressly incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to website visitors, parents, grandparents, caregivers, customers, community members, and other noncommercial users. Authorized Facilitators are also subject to the separate Kidz Klub Adventures™ Facilitator Terms & Agreement for commercial use.

3. Personal and Noncommercial Use

Unless a product or written license expressly states otherwise, Kidz Klub Adventures™ resources are licensed for personal, household, or expressly authorized noncommercial educational use only. Purchase or download does not transfer ownership of the materials or grant commercial-use rights.

4. No Facilitator or Commercial Rights

Free resources and personal-use purchases do not authorize you to conduct paid Kidz Klub Adventures™ sessions, classes, camps, programs, events, or services, or to represent yourself as an authorized Facilitator. Commercial use requires an active authorized Facilitator license or other written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, publicly post, share access to, reproduce for unauthorized users, remove ownership notices from, or use Kidz Klub Adventures™ materials to create unauthorized commercial products or competing branded programs. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or use them unlawfully.

6. Intellectual Property

Kidz Klub Adventures™ names, logos, original curriculum, scripts, activity designs, characters, artwork, layouts, prompts, worksheets, mission systems, adventure structures, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Educational Nature of the Services

Kidz Klub Adventures™ provides educational and enrichment materials. The Services do not replace individualized educational, medical, psychological, developmental, speech-language, occupational-therapy, or other professional advice or services. No specific educational, developmental, behavioral, or kindergarten-readiness result is guaranteed.

8. Child Safety and Supervision

An appropriate adult must supervise children using Kidz Klub Adventures™ activities. Adults are responsible for determining whether an activity, material, movement, food item, sensory material, or environment is appropriate for each child and for addressing allergies, choking risks, accessibility needs, and other safety considerations.

9. Purchases and Digital Products

Purchases are also subject to the Digital Products & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms presented at checkout. Digital products may be subject to immediate-access and personal-use license restrictions.

10. Community Participation

Participation in a Kidz Klub Adventures™ community is also subject to the Community Guidelines. Kidz Klub Adventures™ may moderate or restrict community participation when reasonably necessary to enforce applicable rules or protect users and the community.

11. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites, community platforms, payment processors, email providers, file-hosting services, or other technology. Those third parties control their own services, terms, and privacy practices. Kidz Klub Adventures™ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Services and resources are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kidz Klub Adventures™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes to the Services or Terms

Kidz Klub Adventures™ may update the Services or these Terms as the program, technology, or legal requirements change. The “Last Updated” date will be revised when this policy is materially updated, and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
