1. Ownership

Kidz Klub Adventures™ retains all rights in its original content and brand assets, including original curriculum, scripts, activity designs, characters, artwork, graphics, layouts, prompts, worksheets, mission systems, adventure structures, logos, names, taglines, digital resources, and business materials, except where third-party rights are expressly identified.

2. Limited Permission to Use Materials

Users receive only the limited use rights stated in the applicable product, resource, or license terms. Personal-use resources do not include commercial-use rights. Facilitator commercial use requires a separate active authorization.

3. Prohibited Copying and Distribution

Unless expressly authorized, materials may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, publicly posted, shared through drives or groups, sublicensed, reproduced for unauthorized users, or packaged into another product or service.

4. Trademarks and Brand Identity

Kidz Klub Adventures™ and associated logos, character identities, taglines, and brand elements may not be used in a way that falsely suggests authorization, sponsorship, ownership, or affiliation. Authorized Facilitators must follow applicable brand standards and the Facilitator Terms & Agreement.

5. Modifications and Derivative Materials

You may not alter protected branding or create unauthorized commercial adaptations, derivative branded programs, competing versions, or materials that are confusingly similar to Kidz Klub Adventures™ protected content or identity. Ordinary personal-use adaptations needed to make an activity accessible to a child do not transfer ownership or create commercial rights.

6. Sharing About Kidz Klub Adventures™

You may describe your experience with Kidz Klub Adventures™ and link others to the official website or authorized resource page. Do not upload or distribute the protected resource itself unless written permission expressly allows it.

7. Reporting Suspected Infringement

Suspected unauthorized use of Kidz Klub Adventures™ materials may be reported through the official Legal Center contact method. Include enough information to identify the material and the location of the suspected use.

8. Copyright Notices

Removal or alteration of copyright, trademark, licensing, or ownership notices from Kidz Klub Adventures™ materials is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
