Digital Products & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Access

Digital products may include downloadable curriculum, activity packs, scripts, templates, guides, business resources, or other electronic materials. Access may be delivered by download link, email, member area, community platform, or another stated method.

2. Digital Sales Are Generally Final

Because digital products can often be accessed or downloaded immediately, digital-product purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or an express written offer states otherwise.

3. Technical Problems

If you cannot access a purchased file because of a verified technical issue, contact Kidz Klub Adventures™ using the official support method. Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access or provide a workable replacement before other remedies are considered.

4. Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or there is a billing error, contact Kidz Klub Adventures™ promptly with the purchase details so the transaction can be reviewed.

5. Product Descriptions

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, included materials, intended audience, format, and stated requirements before purchasing. Questions should be asked before purchase when clarification is needed.

6. License Restrictions

Purchase grants only the use rights stated for that product. Unless expressly identified as a commercial or Facilitator license, digital products are for personal or expressly authorized noncommercial use and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded, or used to operate paid Kidz Klub Adventures™ services.

7. Memberships and Facilitator Programs

Recurring memberships, Facilitator programs, or special offers may have separate cancellation, billing, access, or refund terms. Where separate terms apply, those terms control for that program.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact Kidz Klub Adventures™ promptly about legitimate billing or access concerns. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer-protection or payment laws.

9. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated for future purchases. The policy presented or incorporated at the time of purchase, together with applicable law and any product-specific written terms, governs that transaction.
