PART II — PERSONAL-USE VS. COMMERCIAL-USE LICENSING INFORMATION

This section explains what a Kidz Klub Adventures™ purchaser or recipient may do with personal-use materials compared with the additional rights granted to an active authorized Facilitator.

A. Personal-Use License

Free downloads, family resources, home-use curriculum, and other products identified for personal use are licensed for personal, household, or expressly authorized noncommercial educational use.

A personal-use license does not authorize the purchaser or recipient to conduct paid Kidz Klub Adventures™ sessions, classes, camps, programs, events, or services.

Personal-use materials may not be resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, shared as digital files, sublicensed, or used to represent the user as an official Kidz Klub Adventures™ Facilitator.

B. Commercial-Use Facilitator License

An active authorized Facilitator license grants limited permission to use approved materials in authorized paid or commercial Kidz Klub Adventures™ experiences.

The commercial license does not transfer ownership of the materials, brand, curriculum, characters, systems, or intellectual property.

Commercial permission is tied to the active license and ends when that commercial authorization ends, except for any rights expressly stated otherwise in writing.

C. Examples

PERSONAL USE: A parent or grandparent downloads an activity and uses it with children in the household without charging a fee.

PERSONAL/NONCOMMERCIAL EDUCATIONAL USE: A use specifically permitted by the product’s stated license and for which no commercial Facilitator rights are claimed.

COMMERCIAL USE: A person charges families to attend a Kidz Klub Adventures™ activity, advertises a paid Kidz Klub Adventures™ class, or uses the brand to market a paid program. This requires an active authorized Facilitator license.

D. When Written Permission Is Required

Any use outside the stated personal-use or Facilitator license requires prior written authorization from Kidz Klub Adventures™.

Questions about whether a planned use is permitted should be resolved before the materials are copied, promoted, distributed, or used commercially.
